Description:
To transport natural gas from Siberia to Italy the Trans Austria Gas Pipeline in diameters of 38’’ and 36’’ was constructed. The 380 km long section in Austria covered diverse challenges in pipeline construction, including the Danube river crossing, unstable sites hills, steep valleys, high mountain crossings and difficult right of way problems.
